What is a PMB address?

What ID do I need to bring?

How does billing work?

Your first month is collected when you sign your Form 1583 in store. After that, billing runs on the 1st of each month. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract — cancel anytime.

Can I use this address for my business or LLC?

Yes. Many of our customers use their PMB address for business mail, invoices, and correspondence. If you also need a Registered Agent on file with the State of Texas, that service is included with your mailbox subscription.

What is a Registered Agent and do I need one?

Texas requires every LLC and corporation to designate a Registered Agent — a person or company with a physical Texas address who can receive legal notices and government correspondence on your behalf. We provide this service included with your mailbox plan.

Yes. Package and mail notifications are included with every plan. We'll let you know as soon as something comes in for your box.
