4. Identity Documents

Uploaded ID documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Route 66 Pack n Ship staff. They are used solely to verify your identity per USPS regulations. We retain copies for the period required by federal regulation (minimum 3 years after your mailbox is closed).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. ID documents are stored on secured servers and are not publicly accessible. Access to your records is restricted to authorized staff only.
